At Pepper Advantage, we’re committed to being good corporate citizens. We work hard to make a meaningful contribution to our communities and the lives of our customers, employees and shareholders.
Pepper Advantage Ireland has been helping Irish people, businesses and investors on their financial journey since 2012. We manage over €30bn worth of assets and have a skilled team of more than 600 people across Dublin and Shannon.
We’re here to service loans and mortgages. This includes processing loan payments and, when needed, working with you to resolve issues with late payments or help with financial difficulties.
As part of the international Pepper Advantage Group, we combine local knowledge with global expertise. With operations across the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia, we employ over 3,500 people and have over €40bn in assets under management.
As a major owner and operator of lending and loan servicing businesses in Ireland, the UK and Europe, we have the expertise to manage a wide range of loans. These include residential home loans, commercial loans, equipment finance and consumer finance.
Fair and responsible financial management is at the core of who we are and how we work. We continually adjust our practices and adapt to meet your changing needs and to make our products and services inclusive and accessible to all.
Committed to acting fairly and protecting our customers, we set high standards for customer service and conduct. This means we act quickly, communicate clearly and are always mindful of your individual situation.
We are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture. The range of ideas, abilities and backgrounds among our diverse workforce is of benefit to all our stakeholders – employees, customers, clients and the communities where we work. Gender diversity is one significant element of Pepper’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy. We invite you to look at our gender pay gap report to learn more about our commitment to closing it.
Local communities are close to our hearts, and we support several charities and community groups. Our employees organise various events throughout the year, including volunteering and fundraising days in Shannon and Dublin. Some of the causes we have supported include Milford Hospice, LauraLynn's Children's Hospice, Irish Cancer Society, Clare Haven, Adapt House, Mid West Simon Community, Dublin Simon, Féileacáin and St Michael’s House.
When women and children are in danger at home, Clare Haven Services offers a safe refuge. We are very proud to be a long-standing partner of Clare Haven Services and to support such a vital cause..
“We continue to be blown away by the creativity of Pepper Advantage and its staff who find new and innovative ways to meet our clients’ needs. Because of the generosity of Pepper and its staff, children living with domestic abuse can still do ‘normal’ things. We are very grateful for their ongoing support.”
St. Michael’s House supports men, women and children with intellectual disabilities around Dublin. We have been partnering with the organisation for several years to make sure it can continue to provide vital services and make a real difference in the lives of the people it serves.
“We are deeply grateful for Pepper Advantage’s partnership and for the significant contribution they have made to our cause. Thank you again, Pepper, for your generous support and for your commitment to making a difference in our world.”
