How to pay

You have 3 easy ways to pay your mortgage:

  • Direct debit
  • Debit card
  • Electronic funds transfer from your bank (EFT)
  •  

Direct debit

Direct debit is the most secure and trusted way to pay. It is an automatic regular payment on a date agreed with you.  
A direct debit is easy to set up and most of our customers pay this way. 

  • You have peace of mind as payments are made automatically on time.
  • You can choose your payment date – to help you manage your monthly bills on a convenient regular schedule.
  • Direct debit payments come with a guarantee, so your money is protected and you stay in control. 

To set up a direct debit, you can:

  • Call us on 0818 818 181. We'll take your details over the phone and set up the direct debit immediately.
    OR
  • Log on to the MyPepper and download a direct debit form. Simply fill it in, send it back to us and we’ll do the rest.

Debit card

 

You can use any debit card that is in the name of the mortgage account holder.
You can use your card to:

 

  • Pay online at any time by logging into MyPepper.
    OR
  • Pay by phone.  Call us anytime on 0818 818 181
    You need to press 1 to make a payment and then tell us:
    • Your mortgage account number
    • Last 4 digits of your phone number
    • Your date of birth
    Then follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Note: It takes 1 working day for your payment to show on your account.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

 

Prefer to pay by bank transfer?

To set up an EFT, you’ll need:

  • IBAN and BIC of your loan account
  • Your loan account number
  • All this information is available on MyPepper or if you can't access MyPepper, please call us on 0818 818 181

To complete setting up the payment:

  • Go to your bank or financial institution (online or in-branch) 
  • Set up the payment using the BIC and IBAN details of your loan account
  • Include your loan account number in the transaction description or reference

Note: EFT payments can take up to 3 working days to reach your account.
