Grainne Naughton

Director, Residential Servicing 

Grainne Naughton is Director Operations and Shared Services and is responsible for management of our residential mortgage portfolios and execution of portfolio strategies. Grainne has over 20 years financial services experience, across all facets of asset servicing and collections, in a broad range of financial products including mortgages, personal loans, auto, card, commercial and leasing.

Prior to joining Pepper in 2012, Grainne held senior roles in GE Capital including Head of Collections managing performing and non-performing portfolios through periods of growth and run-off; and Senior Manager Operations redesigning collections operations, implementing and achieving service level agreements across multiple products. Grainne is six sigma greenbelt trained.
