Pepper Advantage Ireland – Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

At Pepper Advantage Ireland, we want our services to be easy to use for everyone.
This includes using our website, understanding our letters and connecting with customer support.
We are working to make our services accessible for all.

1. Our commitment

We want our customers to use our services and understand the information we provide about our services both on our website and in our letters.

Here’s what we do to make this happen:

  • We use plain, easy-to-read language on our website, in our documents, and in our customer communications.
  • Our website can be used with tools like screen readers and voice commands.
  • We offer services in different ways — online, by phone, by post, or in person if needed.

2. Making our website accessible

Since late 2025, we have been working to make our website and digital tools easier for everyone to use. To ensure we meet the highest standards, we have taken the following steps:

  • Expert audits: We worked with the digital specialists at AllHuman in late 2025 to perform detailed testing on our website’s accessibility and ease of use.
  • Clearer content: We partnered with Plain English to review our website and the MyPepper portal. This ensures our information is simple, direct, and easy to understand.
  • Technical improvements: Following these reviews, we worked with our technical partners, Avidly, to make our website more inclusive. As of February 2026, we have updated the most essential parts of our site to ensure that everyone, including those using assistive technology, can navigate and find information without difficulty.

Here’s what this means for you:

  • Our content uses everyday language and is easy to read.
  • You can use keyboard shortcuts or a screen reader to move through the website.
  • You can zoom in to make text or image larger using your browser.
  • The website works on phones, tablets, and computers.
  • We’re reviewing colours and text sizes to make them easier to see.
  • Our images include descriptions, so you know what’s shown even if you can’t see them.

All these steps support our goal of meeting Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 which is the current international standard.

3. Supported browsers

Our website works with modern browsers including:

  • Google Chrome.
  • Microsoft Edge.
  • Mozilla Firefox.
  • Apple Safari.

We will also work to support new versions of these browsers.

4. Customer support accessibility

We want to make it easy for you to contact us.
You can:

  • Call us – see phone numbers below.
  • Meet us – we can arrange a video call or an in person meeting at our offices in Shannon.
  • Nominate someone – you can give permission for a third party (like a family member or Money Advise and Budgeting Service (MABS) advisor), to speak with us on your behalf.
  • Use MyPepper – our online portal is available to most residential mortgage customers.

Please note that MyPepper has not yet been fully tested for accessibility.
Some features may not work with assistive tools. If you have difficulty in using MyPepper, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you or provide the information or service in an alternative format.
