Forms

Standard Financial Statement (SFS)

If you are having difficulties making mortgage repayments, or think you may have in the future, we will ask you to fill in an SFS. This will give us a full picture of your finances so we can work out how to help you. The SFS is used in the Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (MARP) for people who have fallen behind with their mortgage repayments or are concerned that they might miss repayments.

This form can be completed on MyPepper (opens in new tab).
