Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48) (Lending to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) Regulations 2015
These are the regulations that apply to lending activities for regulated entities in respect of SME credit facility agreements, except where the borrower is a regulated financial service provider, for multi-lender credit, to credit offered or granted to special purpose vehicles, or in part, to credit provided through a business credit card.
