Top financial services employer looking for graduates and experienced professionals for open roles in Client Relationship Management and credit servicing.
Pepper Ireland, the global financial services company, has today announced it is to recruit 35 new positions with immediate effect at its office in Shannon, due to growth in the business. The organisation is on the lookout for both graduates and experienced professionals, with open roles in areas such as client relationship management, lending, credit servicing and administration.
The growth comes on the back of several new contract wins and continued growth in Pepper’s lending and will see the new hires working across both residential and commercial loan portfolios.
Commenting on the new jobs, Head of HR at Pepper Ireland, Orla McCarthy, said the company had been steadily growing employee numbers since its launch in the market nearly five years ago and were delighted to be investing in the region and adding new talent to their highly skilled workforce.

Pepper Ireland established its operations in Ireland in 2012 and specialises in Lending, Advisory and Loan Servicing. Its Lending division – trading as Pepper Money – has been offering a range of residential mortgage options in the Irish market since 2016, and most recently began offering commercial mortgages. Pepper Asset Servicing is the trading name for the company’s loan servicing division where it manages diversified loan portfolios on behalf of a range of local and international financial institutions.
