Lending and Loan Servicing specialists, Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC (“Pepper Ireland”) has appointed Andrew Hastings as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Hastings has over 30 years' banking experience, having previously headed up Barclays Bank Ireland plc between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that he held senior roles in BNP Paribas in London, before he became CEO & Country Head of BNP Paribas Ireland in 2007. He commenced his banking career in 1985 with The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he worked in various roles for over a decade.
Hastings also sits on the boards of ESB and Elavon Financial Services DAC and is Chair of the INED Forum at the Federation of International Banks in Ireland, within the Banking & Payments Federation of Ireland. He undertakes Executive Development work with AP Partners and is a Consultant to Valuation Consulting in the UK.
He is a Chartered Banker, Chartered Director and Certified Bank Director and served as President of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland 2012/13.
